Well, I ran a lot all through Middle/High School. I loved it, I was competitive, and it was challenging. But, after years of running all year and competing weekly, I got burnt out. After XC season senior year I quit running. Now, 9 years later, I'm running again and re-learning how to increase milage, speed, and how much I have always loved to run!
Who is this blog for?
This blog is for those who want to start running and want to learn with me. Those who are already crushing their goals I welcome to read along on my journey and offer any advice you may have for me and others that are just starting into running(for the first time, or the first time in awhile). I am also writing this for myself, to stay motivated, accountable and to track my progress.
Finally, Who am I?
My name is Sarah, I'm from a small town in western Pennsylvania. I went to Geneva College and earned a degree in Biblical Studies and a minor in Spanish. I have an awesome husband(Eric) who I have been married to for over 2 years now. I have 2 crazy dogs, Sydney the young German Shepherd, and Jett the older Miniature Pinscher. I work full time and I also tutor Spanish and teach Sunday School at my church. My faith is the single most important part of who I am. I like all things the color pink, I like watching reruns on TV, I like my mother-in-law's cooking, I enjoy sewing, and learning new recipes.

I hope that is a good snapshot of what makes me, ME!
